The Toowoomba Mountaineers are the Elite Sporting Program of Toowoomba Basketball.
The Toowoomba Mountaineers Basketball Club is the Elite Sporting Program of Toowoomba Basketball. With Senior Men and Women Teams playing in the Queensland Basketball League (QBL).
The Club also has representative Development League Teams playing in Queensland Southern D-League and Junior rep sides from under 12 to under 20 playing in the Basketball QLD Junior Basketball Competition (BQJBC).
